Homelier delivers the order to your place in cooperation with courier companies, without being charged shipping costs, if your order exceeds €85. For orders under 85€ the charge for shipping is 3€.
An exception is products marked as”” Shipping by Transport “” which are sent through a transport company.
Products of large volume or weight of more than 8 kg and fragile products, which can not be sent by courier, are shipped by transport company, all over Greece.
Delivery to the offices of transport in Athens is free of charge, shipping costs from Athens to destination are borne by the customer. The transport company is the customer’s choice. The cost depends on the volume and weight of the products, about which you will be informed by the transport company.
After completing your order we will contact you to inform you about the availability of products. For the execution of these orders, payment is required by bank deposit, credit or debit card.
Refund Terms:
1. Returns of products are accepted within 15 days from the date indicated on the sales document.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must: A) not have been washed B) have all its labels and C) not have damaged its packaging
3. The product must be returned with all the documents that accompanied it, such as the retail receipt, consignment note etc.
